Role Description
A well-established IT services company in Baner, Pune is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). You will handle employee lifecycle management, performance appraisals, HR policy implementation, attrition control, and talent acquisition support for a team of 300+ employees.
Requirements & Skillsets
• MBA in Human Resources with 4–8 years of HRBP experience in IT/software companies. • Strong understanding of labour laws, POSH compliance, and statutory regulations. • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, or SAP HCM). • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with bulk hiring and campus recruitment preferred.
