Role Description
TalentHub Consultant is partnering with a Tier-1 automotive components manufacturer in Chakan, Pune to hire a Plant Manager. The role involves complete ownership of production planning, quality control, EHS compliance, manpower management, and OEE improvement for a 500+ workforce plant.
Requirements & Skillsets
• B.E. in Mechanical/Production Engineering with MBA preferred. • 12–18 years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing plant management. • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and IATF 16949 quality systems. • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and deliver P&L targets. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP PP/MM) for production planning.
